Vishwa Hindu Pari shad has organised 'Santa Yatre-2008 and Dharma Jagruti Sabhas all over India to awaken the Hindus against the Jehadi Terrorism, Conversion by Christian Missionaries, Slaughtering of Cows which are backbones of our farming community and to protect and keep Ganga River clean apart from removing the untouchability from the society.

Parishad is organising meetings, processions which will culminate with the speeches of Sants from various places.

One such programme has been organised at Corporation Ground, Lingarajpuram Main Road, near Petrol Bunk, Bangalore at 4.30 pm on 30th Sunday Novermber 2008. 

Two Shobha Yatra processions will start at 2.30 pm from separate places. One Yatra will start from Nagalinga Ganapathi Temple Nagawara and proceed through Nagawara Main road, Kadugondana Halli, Venkateshapura, Bagalur to Corporation Ground Lingaraja Pura.

Another Yatra will start from Muthyalamma Temple and proceed through Shefing Road, Shivajinagara More Road, Pulikeshi Nagara Main Road, Pillanna Garden, Bagalur V.V. Yani Road, Lingarajapura Main Road to Corporation Ground Lingaraja Pura.

Sri Vishwesha Thirtha Swamiji, Sri Mahantalinga Shivacharya Swamiji, Sadhu Rangarajan, Banandur Kempaiah and Chakravarti Soolibele will participate in the Dharma Jagruti Sabha, a release from Vishwa Hindu Parishad Karnataka said.
